CRT Training at KMIC

On 12th March, Janahitha Seva Trust – Youth Skill Development was requested by the organizers to address their inagural session for B Com students of Keshav Memorial Institute of Commerce.

Deeksha IAS Academy are the organizers of this annual training program. This was their second successful program on Campus Recruitment Training.

This program helps students to be prepared for the campus interviews conducted by various MNC’s that come in search of talented candidates to hire them in their companies.

Janahitha Seva Trust got a very good response from attendees and is very enthusiastic about this new endeavour in the field of education.

Last year many big companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra etc, had interviewd 280 students and 260+ students were recruited. These 280 students were the first batch of CRT training. Based on the success story, Deeksha IAS Academy are now very optimistic that this year more than 300 students from B Com stream will be trained and successful in getting a placement from a MNC.

Janahitha Seva Trust’s Youth Skill Development Trustee – Shri Ganesh Yanamandra was requested to provide an inaugural talk on the importance of preparing on inter-personal skills that will help students to face the campus interview with confidence.

300 students of KMIC attended the session and most of them gave a very positive feedback and were eager to register for the 150 hours of CRT course.
