JST also works towards women empowerment by implementing programs that benefit women in the long run. These empowerment programs promote skill building, self-esteem, access to information and resources, and community action that help position women as confident decision-makers and leaders in their homes and communities. These programs economically empower women. We have taken a SETWIN Franchise, one semester lasts a quarter and after each semester examination is conducted, successful women are issued a SETWIN Certificate, the certificate can be used to obtain bank loans for women entrepreneurs and also helps to seek jobs. Currently We are running 5 Skill development (Tailoring & Fashion Design) centers and 2 Beautician training Centers.
