Every day more than 3000 people mostly from remote places, who cannot afford Private Hospitals visit Gandhi Hospital, Osmania Hospitals and Two Area Hospitals (Nampally Area Hospital and Vanasthalipuram Area Hospital). The Hospital Administration gives them an OP slip of the department or room they must go to.

OP blocks in hospitals are very big for example at Gandhi Hospital OP is a big building with 3 floors. The Patient and their attenders are mostly illiterate and unaware of what to do next, leading to a lot of confusion and delay in treatment.

The Superintendent of Gandhi Hospital approached us and requested to keep 2 persons in Op department for helping the needy persons and showed us the place in front of OP Main Gate. We have arranged two persons who are present from morning 9.00 am helping the needy.
