OP Helpdesk Services
Dedicated volunteers are stationed at Gandhi Hospital, Osmania General Hospital, and MNJ Institute of Oncology & Regional Cancer Centre to assist rural and uneducated patients navigating the OPD process. Our volunteers help by:
- ✔ Explaining registration and the token system in local languages
- ✔ Guiding patients to the correct departments and facility counters
- ✔ Helping patients understand doctor consultations and counselling
- ✔ Providing step-by-step support from arrival to consultation and pharmacy
Comprehensive Medical Support Initiative
We provide extensive community medical care and emergency healthcare support:
- ✔ Free multi-specialty medical camps in slum, rural and remote areas
- ✔ Hands-on CPR training programs for the public
- ✔ Free distribution of oxygen concentrators/cylinders to critical patients
- ✔ Free medical first-aid programs in colleges and schools
- ✔ Rakthadaan: A 24x7 helpline and directory of 55,000+ blood donors, connecting donors to needy patients
