Janahitha Seva Trust’s Week of Kindness!

Oxygen Concentrator for the Needy

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve given a life-saving oxygen concentrator to someone in need. This device will provide essential oxygen therapy to those who require it the most. We’re grateful to be able to make a difference in the lives of those who need it.

Gandhi Hospital Shelter Home

Our team at Janahitha Seva Trust has been working closely with the Gandhi Hospital Shelter Home, providing daily care and support to Patient Attendants . On average, we have 150 attendees, but our peak attendance has been 188! We’re proud to be a part of this vital work, ensuring that these individuals receive the care and nourishment they need.

Daily Meals and Care

As part of our daily routine, we provide breakfast, tea, lunch, and dinner to all attendees at the shelter home. It’s our privilege to be able to serve these individuals and provide them with a sense of community and belonging.

Sudhama Project

Our “Sudhama” project is dedicated to providing essential clothes to those in need. We’re thrilled to have been able to provide these essential items to the required persons at the Gandhi Hospital Shelter Home. It’s our hope that these small gestures can bring a sense of comfort and dignity to those who need it.

Rakthadaan Blood Donation

Six brave individuals came forward to donate blood as part of our Rakthadaan initiative. We’re grateful for their selflessness and generosity, which will help save countless lives.

Summer Camp Samarop

We were honored to participate in the Hamsavahini summer camp’s Samarop karyakaramam at Bharatnagar. This event promoted social service and encouraged young minds to make a positive impact on their community.

Free Medical Camps

We organized three free medical camps in coordination with KIMS and Abhaya hospitals, benefiting over 500 people! These camps provided vital medical services, including check-ups, treatments, and health advice. The locations of our camps were:

One camp in Chintal
Two camps in Ghatkesar Mandal
Blood Grouping in Ghatkesar Mandal

We conducted blood grouping for 178 individuals in Ghatkesar Mandal, helping them identify their blood group and making it easier for them to receive blood transfusions if needed.

Community CPR Program

Finally, we organized a Community CPR program at Gspaan Technologies, teaching essential life-saving skills to those who attended.

We’re proud of our team’s hard work and dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. Thank you to all our partners, volunteers, and supporters for your kindness and generosity!
