Today was a phenomenal day at Janahitha Seva Trust, 103 students trained by Janahitha Seva Trust appeared for SETWIN exams.
31 students from our Youth Skill Development program appeared for the SETWIN exam on Computers (MS-Office). most of them are college students who have attended three month long daily sessions at our two centers – Nallakunta and Moulali. These students were trained by our excellent tutors – Shri Neelakantha and Smt. Aruna. The SETWIN invigilator was impressed by the students when he conducted viva. The exam had 3 hours theory written paper, Viva-voce and Computer Practical tests. Janahitha Seva Trust got the permission to conduct the test in our Nallakunta center. Arrangements were made by our staff including Arun, Shravani and supervised by our Trustee Shri. Venkat. Lunch arrangements and system checks were done to conduct the examinations smoothly without any issues.
At the sametime, 72 women who had trained under the Women Empowerment program coming from 12 centers across Telangana appeared for Semester 1 of Diploma in Fashion Design and Beautician training.
This exam was conducted in our Mallapur center where we have the capacity of 25 machines and can accomodate around 100 seats.
The women had their tutors and SETWIN invigilators supervising both Theory and practicals. Our Women Empowerment program’s success is due to persistent hardwork by our Trustee Smt. Vasumathi who has the pulse in all our 14 centers (12 Fashion Desing and 2 Beautician).
Our founding Trustee, Shri Narsimha Murthy ji was personally involved in all the arrangements.
We are very glad that we crossed the 100 mark in this quarterly semester exams, this gives us a lot of inspiration to train and empower the youth and women of our society by providing free and better trainings that will make them sustainable in this competitive world.
All this could not have been possible without the financial support, trust in our organization by our CSR sponsors and our staff who volunteered to make it a grand success.
We are expecting 95% and above success rate and wish all the students and women the best.
